To whom it may concern.
One of my sub. expired, when I re activated it my Mag 254 keep getting the STB blocked message. I have tried all the suggestions, cleared the Mac re entered it, reset the Mac same message. The last thing I tried was attaching the Mac to an existing route still had no success. It appears the problem must originate at the server end for some reason it is blocking Mac addresses that were once in the system. Hope this helps in the solution.

I am having the same issue I renew 3 account and they are saying STB Blocked......:( days are passing on my renew account.

Or freeze the time ticking away on our donations until the service is working on our Mag boxes.

Has any one tried unplugging their Mag 254 then rebooting their router? This should clear all the IP addresses including the one assigned to the Mag 254

Why ? Did you try ? Did that unblock the "Stb Blocked" for you ?

yes tried it all its at severs end nothing we can do rite now from our end just sit and wait that's it

yeah I am going to deny the payment thru my credit card now, since there has been no answer for days.. once service is running please let us know unless I find another place that works..

charge back on credit card unfortunalty will get you on the black list with the service.
I know it hardly seems fair, but charge backs are sometimes used by those that think they can get the service and then few days later do a Charge Back and think they can somehow keep the service working thru some kinda hacking or etc...

So Charge Backs for that reason are frowned upon.
You are better off emailing papiao and asking for a refund (which will take 30 to 45 days to see the refund at your bank)

Problem is that not everything has been transferred yet at the server end and is why these STB Blockes and Playlist errors and even channels errors.
Last night I bet 75 % of the channels were playing the wrong channel, but that was fixed.

I still get portal blocked call, been like this for a while and I can't even get anything connect thru Kodi. I just can't believe it takes this long to get the customers over to new server. I probably would have stayed quite the whole time and wait if I see work being done but I don't

so they make uogrades to the service but never know cause a lot of problems ? and if they know cause a lot of problems why still sold donations
