For a couple of days my IPTV66 wouldn't work, kept saying authentication failed. I did a little digging and found out that the URL had changed for the portal.
I changed the portal in my configuration (I'm using Stalker Client in KODI v16 Krypton) cleared my cache and guide twice, and restarted.
Now all my channels are stumbling, almost like theyre fast forwarding and the audio is totally out of sync.
So I completely wiped out Kodi and did a complete reinstall. Same issue.
Can anyone help me out with this?
FYI, the channels all worked perfectly before the changeover. The only thing that has changed in my entire configuration is the new portal URL

Update:
I've discovered, after going through more channels, that some do function properly. Most, however, are doing this stumbling and fast forwarding type thing. The ones that do work have all been SD channels, but even most of the SD channels are doing it.

Have you played around with the acceleration settings?
System, video, acceleration
My MediaCodec acceleration settings are highlighted, try looking at these

No, that's not something I've tried yet. I could for sure, but as I said only the URL has changed. Not sure it could be my settings as they've been working fine.

I was having the same issue since the URL update (not the typical buffering that I would experience at times) but just turned off all three acceleration options as noted above and the problem appears to be gone now. The audio was way out of sync and the video was constantly like it's on/off fast forward as 88juniorfan mentioned. All seems to be good at the moment though.

Well, then when my 66 comes back online I'll have to try that. Since this morning I've been getting an authentication error now and can't get in.

I can confirm turning off the accelerators does fix my issue. Thank you everyone for your help.
