Stb is blocked

i have a mag 254 the donation had expired, and it should have ask for user id and password but it said your stb is blocked call your provider . i renewed the donation added the mac add to the new donation rebooted the box and still get your stb is blocked call your provider , i reset the mac add and still no working .
i sent email to IKS66 Support Staff

and the response back was We Resetted your service in our end, please reboot your receiver and check, if this issue persist please contact one of our moderators in our tech forum, our staff would galdly help you:

Still the same after rebooting the device STB IS BLOCKED

yea marcel, this is an on-going issue it seems.
The IPTV MAC Reset should have fixed the problem but seems that it does not work for most everyone with this STB Blocked syndrome
