No Audio on some VOD Movies, TV Is fine

Hello I have MAG254 with new r17.Though when I start the movie no sound comes through. Video is OK but no audio .Useing optical cord from the 254 Mag to the sound bar that I have .? Any ideas for correction

did you program your remote? if you did, reset it, raise the volume

Press and hold OK Setup for 2 Seconds, lights will blink 5 times.
