Are you using Mag 254 ? It says that it was "blocked call provider" after I booted up after my doantion expired.
But not a single person in this forum, here knows the solution to this problem including 2.0, who has no idea how to get it unblocked and get the prompt screen for username and password to enter new donation number when I P.M. 2.0 .

Yeah they should credit back the time of our donation from which it started not working to be fair or freeze the time from ticking away from our donation when they fixing something and service not working properly.
For I have a feeling they are not going to fix everything anytime soon back to normal.

Same here,on relative's mag 254 had blocked message,then worked for a few hours,then again blocked. It's nothing we can do,they have to fix it,and yep,the donation days keep ticking away.

That's probably they themselves from "Papiao" have no idea how to fix it.
I didn't get any reply from them either from my last e-mail asking where I should put the username and password if the prompt doesn't appear after loading my Mag 254 and I get "Your stb is blocked call the provider". They should know better then to tell me to put in username and password, since I understand here that the new system don't use username and password but just the Mac address which is linked to your donation number from what I heard from users of stb Mag boxes here from this forum. So we know more than they do, right ?
I think they don't test with Mag boxes themselves if it works or not , but rely on us to test it for them and give them feedback. So we should actually be compensated for helping them testing it out. Otherwise this problem should have been fixed by now.

I am not giving up on u .. Try putting in new mac address except this time instead of putting all 0s .. change only the last digit.. or the last 2 digits.. then change it back to your original mac address.. Then update and reboot..

I think what he means is we can only access the actual box setup menu. there is no option to enter our username or password. the only screen we get is your stb blocked please contact your provider.

Can adjust url, in settings in Portals section, but no prompt screen appear or anywhere to type in settings username and password.
Usually pop screen pops up for username or password. If stb is blocked no prompt screen pops up.
Anyways I understand they don't use username and password for authentication for their new upgraded server system.
They just use your linked Mac address to you donation. Even support from, Papiao don't know about this since they were telling me to type in username and password somewhere, but could not tell me how and where when I asked them by e-mailing them back. Still haven't got a reply back from them yet B.T.W.. Can't they just reply me back and say whey were wrong.it is not needed or tell me what they want me to put in is not necessary for it to work? L.O.L.

I am like you no luck in get it to unblock after trying all of Crazed advice.
I guess we have to keep on doing more trial and errors. I think we have exhausted all our trial and errors already. L.O.L.
I already P.M.ed Crazed. He did say he did do 3 out of 5 people with success- unblocked and did work.
The other 2 are like in our boat.

How many times did you change your Mac address before they start banning you for 24 hours ?
This limit should be increase I.M.H.O. for the nenefit of the people trying to unblock stb..
Because gosh knows how many times we will have to do it before it works.

The mods are doing all they can and we need to show a little patience. They are doing all they can to help us! That is great news to hear. I got mine working too. I don't understand how your server went back to your old donation ? You didn't change it yourself did you ? Was your old donation inactive or still active ? If inactive it shouldn't be changing back right because it should be automatically unlinked as soon as it expires and you can edit anything and save it anymore, right ?

no when I first got my new donation 11 was assigned to it and when we where having the prob with call provider they reassigned 22 so I changed it on mag box in severs to 22 but when I did the fix it went back to 11 but looked at it before I connected to sever and changed it back to 22 and wham back to watching tv lol

When I check my donation info online, I just put in login info and get my nfps server.... no other options, like iptv reset or re-assigning donation... am I on the wrong site?
