I am having some issues with my services from kodi with stalker client, I was getting authentication failed message so I did a route checker and an iptv reset, then I saw this message (Sorry but playlist option is not available for those using MAC Address authentication.) I have change my mac address but no luck, so I installed Stb emulator and I got this message (your stb is blocked call the provider). I am not getting any help from the forum, what are my options.

server administration and techs are currently re-working the complete sytem(s)
Recent activity can be seen with reports on forums about channels suddenly all went black and some other things reported.
Is all I know , there it is :)

I am having the same issue. I renewed got my email but can't watch anything. My screen says "Your STB is blocked. Call the provider". Is there a number I can call. I read the forums tried a fake mac, tried IPT reset nothing works.

Same STB blocked problem here, emailed support, they say they reset my service, still blocked. We could do with some guidance on this.

The Dreamlink T1 would work too. I do not have that model so I can not say which method or methoods would work, but garantied one or two or more methods will.
For those using Stalker applications thru Kodi , there is been many helpful postings in last few days with alternatives to view your Playlists.
Dara has some tutorials posted for us as well as tinie and some great members been posting up their work and results :)
For those using Emulators, well you might wanna try Kodi and a Playlist Player
These are not fixes to the STB Blocked syndrome, but are alternative ways to view your same iptv channels as you had before (even a little better, with the added abilities and mobility that can be had with these playlists).
VLC Media Player will play your channels right on a PC or thru an android device with VLC
VLC also has a Portable version which can be used straight from a USB or folder and no need to install... Makes it easy to use on a Cell phone or iPad or etc....
You guys would be missing out, if you do not look into these Playlist methods.

Hi Crazed 2.0 when I log in and change my mac to 00:00:00:00:00:00 it does not update. I receive an error that says Mac Address could not be updated. Also my playlist has an error message in red "Sorry but playlist option is not available for those using MAC Address authentication.". I rebooted my devices, reset the IPTV and still I see STB Blocked call provider. Your alternative does not work for me. Can you assist?

do not change the MAC to all zeros, just delete it and then if it reverts to all zeros, that is okay.

Crazed I deleted the mac address like you said and now I can access the playlist. I followed the steps all the way to download the file to the USB. I have the USB plugged into the mag. I can only access settings from the remote. I can't access Home Media. If I try to navigate anywhere else I get STB Blocked call Provider. Any other options.

Use the Setup button on your remote. It is just below the blue button.
Then to Restart Portal function and OK
Then the Embedded Portal or System Settings options should be there with the Home Media function found thru either one of those.

I e-mailed Papiao about this and I got e-mail reply saying-
For any technical or configuration issues or doubts, please visit our tech support forum, our staff would gladly help you.
Unfortunately neither Papiao nor this tech support forum could help me out so far about- -Your-STB-is-blocked-call-the-provider problem on
my Mag 254. But I got message from users here they they contacted Papiao with Mac and Donation number and they fixed the problem for them and got it working. So I am very frustrated and confused about this.

papiao has not personnaly fixed anyone's STB Blocked issue.
With some memebres, the simple IPTV Reset did the job
Papiao will fix all issues at once with some work with this redirect sydrome and etc... but they will not or can not fix just one individual.

Okay so lets do this...
Use Setup button again, then go to System Settings.
Then go to Servers and then into Portals and with the empty portal, add a dummy server name and a server URL (url can be any URL, it is just a dummy).
Then this way we have two active portals. What that will do is make the start up go to that Portal menu screen instead of straight to that portal log in screen, because it needs to ask you which portal you want started.
There then you should be able to get into the Embedded Portal option.

Do this-
After turn on your Mag or re-boot device and Loading it when it says "Press Menu Button to allow portal selection". Then as soon as you see that press Menu button or the button with the 3 vertical dots and 3 horizontal lines beside the dots, just above the VOL button..
It will then go to Select A Portal For Loading, Choose the first option "Embedded Portal Menu" and press ok on your remote. That will go to internal portal to access Home Media.

Crazed after I put in the USB and went back to the box to perform your recent steps my box was overheating. This never happened before until I put the USB in. I unplug it. Just went back to check and perform your steps. I plug in the power to reload but now all I get is a black screen.. I can't reload or see the STB blocker. The box light on the mag is still blue.

what I did was go to the donation checker and delate the mac # and up date the donation # then went back and added the mac # and up dated the donation # and that worked

Crazed this newly option does not work. My box is not working now. I get a black screen. The box does not even load. This new version with the playlist if I have a smart TV can I open the software and view channels instead of the box. I think the box is now damage after so much troubleshooting for STD blocker. When I inserted the USB my box started overheating since then it is showing a black screen. Will IPTV send me a new box at new cost. A renewal should not be this hard. If there are issues they need to resolve and take care of the customer. Are they going to extend my subscription? I've lost two days.

Still getting the same, after attempt all the procedure with mac blank then mac again,
I just renewed, my service was normal before, I have lost one day of subscription, I email support and they responded this,

Still no resolution for me. I'm now not able to see anything. The software is not loading. The blue light is on the box but my tv says no signal. Before I buy a new box what should I do. I never got the STB block to remove... Last attempt was to try the usb thing but that overheated my box. Crazed please help

You can ask for a refund and if good reason they will give you one. Nothing wrong with that.
The Charge-Back on the card after received purchase is where the trouble starts.

But I did not say that you would be blacklisted just for asking for a refund. They do not have a problem with refund requests , if for a good reason.
Go read that post again bro :)
It says that the cHarge Backs are the trouble, while asking for a refund is fine.. if they approve it.

hi crazed I am having the same issue with my box and have also done all the above and iptv66 did a reset at their end. I even put back to factory my box and still does not work. I have lost 13 days of my subscription without being able to watch tv. Please help

Found that on a thread here. Try it
For an STB Blocked message, there are a couple things you can try in order to get yourself reset.
Can try disabling any VPN service you might be using. Have seen this reported to help, when a VPN was involved.
Can try setting the MAC to an empty MAC, and then reseting the correct MAC again.

I have received a few messages reporting that the MAC change did work.
Power off the Mag and go to the server website and change that last few digts of the MAC address to some random digits and save as that, (digits can be, 0 thru 9 and/or A thru F)
Then perform an IPTV Reset there at the website and exit the site.
Unplug your router for 30 seconds then plug it back in.
Then wait about 10 minutes.
Then go and replace your original MAC address and another reset and then do not connect the Mag just yet.
Wait about 10 minutes again.
Then power up and check for results.
Ensure your device has recognized the internet connection.
