You might not be able to login even though you know your username and password, if your stb is blocked.

I did, but they didn't reply back to me yet.
What did Papiao do with the info box type to get it working ?
Do they unblock the stb Mac address so it won't be blocked ?
Just need the Mag 254 box to display prompt screen for username and password so I can type and save new donation number so it can login to start working.

With the New System, The Login and Password is not needed it will look up your MAC when it connects.

So if it will not connect the problem is your MAC Address.

You have a Mag which is working ?
Mine working until my previous donation expired this past weekend.
My Mac Address for my Mag 254 is already linked with my new donation number. So what can be wrong with it ?

What server our you using? If NFPS then the Password is Needed, Others not.

So if on Rocket reset your Mac Note Can take up to 5 Min Make sure you use UPCASE for the letters

Tried that still the same blocked.

Presently having problems getting the menu on my Mag 254 box. I am pressing setup on the remote control,but menu will not come up. Any assistance will be appreciated.
