I hope this is ghe right section this is my first post. Hi I recently bought mag 254 box from a service provider fully setup and worked fine. I was playing in portal settings and I changed the theme on it and since then it will not load the portal. I contacted the provider and he said Mac address is showing working on his side. He asked to reset the box and add the portal again. So far I had tried multiple times but issue is still there. The issue is when the yellow bar on the portal starts loading it's goes up to 10% and a black screen comes on saying loading and at the bottom it says 1.5.4. I have literally tried resetting it so many times and re adding the portal and the box is also updates to the Feb 20 update as well. Any help would be appreciated as I got this box in a different city from where I am in Canada and it's really far. Thanks in advance.
