Kodi new Playlist upgrade how?

Hi.

i saw the post from the admin on the upgrade for IPTV so we can use different playlist but what playlist will work with KODI? i have version 16.1 i tried several playlist and only got channels from the generic one but all channels are black........

any ideas? or tutorials on how this will work?

You could try thru a VLC mediaplayer on your PC or if you have a android device, you could simple use the playlist as an m3u file and play it that way, thru android and the TV
