mag 254 error with renewal of donation

hello, I have a mag 254 and renewed for 2 month donation. before I renewed my donation there was a message saying that my stb was blocked please contact provider. I unplugged the mag, tried my login donation numbers, but keep getting error. I then reset mag box and tried donation number, but same thing error. Any ideas what I could do to fox this. thanks

Me too...... I just renewed and did a reset and still get "Your STB is blocked"! What do I do to fix this?

I have the same problem but using Rocket server here, but nobody seem to able to give me anwser yet for what I should do ? -
