Hello Everyone i just bought a mag 275 and got a donation code 2/23/17 have not been able to get a picture at all. Got the menu screen but no channels play. Any help would be welcome.

In the future, if you're going to make a sweeping statement like that, it would be nice to give the person a clue as to what you're talking about.

Just renewed my donation couple days ago never had any problem but I'm using Kodi on PC.
It's not about sending donation the "wrong" day ;)
