If you have this problem ..do this:turn off box...Go to rocket site and (check rockets)..Fill in your information...Then click on (change IPTV mac address)change your mac address to a fake one (i changed the last 4 digits of mac to make it fake) ..Then(submit)......after the site confirms the change then change it back to your mac address(pressing submit again).channels should be back...also I leave my box on all the time.so don't power it off when it starts working again....

Along with the few reports in the open forum reporting that it does, I also have received 6 or 8 private messages with reports of success with this and with mag receivers.

Stalker applications can simply generate a new MAC and link that with a Reset and then check for results.

Just to add to this, I had to reload the portal after doing these steps. Once I did these steps and reloaded the portal from the actual
mag box all was well

Yep crazed,started working tonight. Wish i could say what did it exactly. Followed the zeroing out the last six digits of mac and changing them back.along with an iptv reset. Also left mag 254 unplugged for 4 hours. When i plugged it back in it seemed to have reset somehow and all that had to be done was to reenter portal http,the 11.iptvrocket,not the new one,and that was it. Hope it helps someone else.

Hello All,

I have tried every single suggestion on this and other threads. is now been 3 days with a new donation and still message: STB Blocked. even changed the portal on the web settings (from 22 to 11). zeroed it out and then reset. left unplugged overnight.
Dont know what else to do at this point.
Any thoughts.. ?

I'm in the same boat, I even had a mod try and do the reset for me with no success. I know it worked before, ive done 3 boxes already with this method. I wonder if its just stop working. , maybe a new method now.

Update: did another reset after a few days, all is well, not sure if it was time or the steps in the thread, but doesn't doesn't hurt or try it all. Thanks all for the help and advice.

i had the same problem but its fix try to highlight your mac address and delete then IP reset and go back enter your mac address correct and do IP reset again then un plug the box after few second plug it back to load i think it well work

Hello, so am new to the Iptv world.
I have a mag 254, I tried to set it up and already have my donation.
I have annrrror message of STB blocked contact provider.
Can anyone help me with this issue?
Is it my cable provider or the donation source??

try this for the MAG receiver....

Power off the Device and go to the server website and change that last few digts of the MAC address to some random digits and save as that, (digits can be, 0 thru 9 and/or A thru F)
Then perform an IPTV Reset there at the website and exit the site.
Unplug your router for 30 seconds or a full minute would be better.... then plug it back in.
Then wait about 10 minutes.
Then go and replace your original MAC address and another reset
Do not power up or connect the Device just yet.
Wait about 10 minutes again.
Then power up and check for results.
Ensure your device has recognized the internet connection.

when u check your donation, note that portal has changed to p3.iptvprivateserver.tv change that in your settings and you good to go

I have tried the method you suggested and was not successful but perhaps it is because I cannot connect to the server:

I have been able to set up various other devices without and issues (Android tablet) (LG V-10, Samsung S-8). I set them up without any issues at all!

So i did not renew until i could solve the problem with the app. I cannot go to the website and do an iptv reset because my expired donation is no longer active. So i tried a factory reset on my box (mxq) and installed the apk again, but still i get the same message "STB blocked".

I tried this but did not work. appreciated.
I started ip my MAG254, added the portral,restaratedW it. Got STB Blocked.
Went to the https://iks66.tv/main/search, logged in, set my MAC ADDRESS - would not let me saying my address banned.
Changed last 4 digits, saved, tried to reset to MAC ADDRESS. no luck, still shows as banned.

I had the same problem with a MAG254 that had not been used for around 10 months. When trying to assign the MAC id for the box to a donation number, I got a response: "MAC Address Banned". What's up with that, and how do I get the MAC address "unbanned" so I can use the box on the system?

there are only so many reasons why the Blocked or Banned message may come up.

-code is active or trying to be active on multiple iptv receivers at same time.
-or your MAC had been spoofed.
-a VPN or Proxy program or a datacenter is used.
-incorrect server URL used (check website for URL or even try other server URL portals associated with this server..even if the one at the website shows otherwise).
-incorrect MAC accosiated with code (although this should not bring up a blocked message, it just will not connect).
-your area set at the website may be incorrect and therefor is blocking you (this option is found at the website donation Checker function).
-with stalker clients, it may just be a matter of changing the device ID and reseting at website.
-IPTV reset at website should help with most dediacted receivers. Sometimes that reset procedure needs to be followed as outlined earlier in this thread.
-a waiting period after that reset may also help, as outlined eariler as well.

Blocked and Banned are two different issues. In this case, Banned MAC address, specific to one MAG254 is the issue. My other MAG254's work fine on any donation number that I use. This particular box has been out of use for around 10 months, and the owner would like to now put it back in service. The reasons in your response are of no help to me. I need help to get the box fixed so it can be put back into service. Since the MAC address is imbedded in the box, and cannot be changed, Banning the MAD ID, bans the use of the box on the service.

Hello, please let me know what I could do differently to make this work. i have been getting blocked by server for a week now. I am reseller and i have tried all kinds of things to make this work but nothing. I have changed the mac, and changed it back, reset it idk how many times, have even tried it on different boxes avov and mag. I have updated the donation and I have no idea what else to try I have 8 of these i need to renew. Can anyone help me figure this out?

one of the service you can not change portal I don't know if its rocket or 66 but log with your donation code into provider side and see if you can change portal. if you can then you will see option and pick one of the new portal. then hit reset and change that new portal on your device and see if that works.
