I just bought a new ott box arrived today plug in HDMI cable
all I get on tv screen is box that says
4 core
mali 450
quad core
s805

no matter what I do cant get anything else
remote new batteries
just wont move off that screen

they may not of flash it need read how to do that and where to find the files or pm them and say whats up with this

hello...i accidentally clicked the romdump option and now my htc one m8 wont restart or even start...cant do anything to it...please help

Suggest trying Android Box forum.

Unplug the unit.
Get a toothpick and insert in the AV Port until you feel a click (uSwitch at back of port)
Hold switch in and plug power in to the box.
Keep holding in switch until graphics appear on screen, then release.
Unit should factory reboot.
If not, you will need an SD Card type Firmware flashing file set, and it usually has to be explicitally for your Build #.
