Cannot move channels

Some kind of update happened last night. All my favs disappeared.
I reassign them again with the fav indicator (yellow button) and sorted them by favs only.
I tried to move them using the move button (blue) to change the order
but they always return back to their original lineup position.
I rebooted my Mag but it still doesn't hold the channel in it's relocated position.
Is this just temporary as they seem to be locked in position?
Will the move function be able to be used?
I do notice a "red dot" against all the channels that was not there yesterday.
Does that affect the position of the channels?
Is there something else that needs to be done.... thks

I have the same problem. Unable to move channels. I updated firmware to r18 but last night it all changed by itself. Apparently the system was reseted to r17 and there are some bugs in it. I guess we have to wait for a fix.....

I agree the that we should wait a few days and see it fixes itself
or if someone comes up with a way to make it work.
I also wonder what the new little red dot is against all the channels ???
It just showed up this morning.

Hey Farmer1 thks for the options.
I tried both this morning - did an IPTV reset and restarted portal but still not change.
Then I change the portal # to the one recommended and restarted portal again but still no change.
The red dot was till against all channels and the blue move button still did not work against the favorite list.
I then changed the portal back to my original portal # I was assigned.
I will keep checking daily and advise when there is any change... thks

The red dot looks like a Japanese flag? All adult channels are now on the adult section of the tv section. The set up button does not work on the RC. The moving channel function also does not work. Other RC settings on the display are missing as well as network settings. A lot of bugs........

I followed the process to load in the Sept r16a2 version steps and confirmed the older version was loaded and updated after a reboot.
However the menus still showed the red dot against all channels and the blue move button still did not work.
Next I did a iptv reset with no change which was another option suggested.
Then I loaded in the new "p1" portal and did a reboot but still no change in channel display.
Any thoughts on how to get the correct previous processes and channel display back to the way it
was working before the Feb update.
If I get a process that does work I will happily share the results because I'm assuming
other people are having the same issues.
A final note that I changed everything back to the new version in case there is an update to it... thks
