Hi, i been using IKS for a while and been happy with the service for some reason i lost my user name and had to make a new one, or dont remember if i had a user for this site.

I just renew my sub yesterday and havent receive anything back, i been reading that there is a delay is this true?
My credit Card was already charged. i never had issues in the past with the renew service.

i hope someone can help me.
