Good day I was watching IPTV earlier with real no issues then when I went to turn on just now I received msg STB is blocked contact provider when I checked my rocket still has 27 days left tried to iptv reset same result, checked the IKS side and seem to be working, any idea where to go with this?? thanks in advance

I have done iptv reset changed mac and even tried google play free emulator still get stb blocked I don't get it normally after reset u are able to enter your donation again no go weird

same here, got my new code yesterday with portal # 22 and I was setting up my mag today and it says STB BLOCKED!

If you are running an AVOV, you will need to switch to KODI and run the stalker client or stalker plus with a made up mac address. Do some research on the particulars. If it is a Mag then to my knowledge you are out of luck. Another think that may help is to change your mac address for a few hours and then go to the listed mac address. You will need to do this in your customer panel. Some claim that that will work but I cannot confirm this. Anyway, if you use KODI and stalker, you can change your mac address as needed. Just do not forget to register the mac to your account.

Three hours after I did the IPTV RESET still my box is BLOCKED! I did the reset twice, reset modem, router, and box, no luck. Any help from the Mods. I'm using server 22.iptvrocket.tv.
I just got a new code. Old code expire last week and box was deactivated. Help please.

Well I have a Mag 250, my code expires in 41 days. I reset the MAC, changed the MAC and then put it back and still getting the blocked error. I upgraded to the latest firmware and also put in the new portal information and still no luck.

sounds like you are using kodi

I think it is 3 times every 24 hours.

If anyome has reached that limit, I can help with that.

well unplugged my mag last night done a iptv reset that did not work so I changed new addy that did not work so I took the http// out of addy unplugged again and done another iptv reset and left it unplugged till now and now it is working

Administration has asked for those that are getting the STB Blocked message to post wether you are using a VPN of any kind, and if so turn it off and try again.

And also please include which STB receiver or Stalker application are you using.

Yes it works with PVR stalker Client built into Kodi.
If you are not getting it to work do this

1) Change to new URL
2) change at least the device ID (can change signature and serial if you wish)
3) reset IPTV at Papaio
4) reboot kodi

should start seeing channels load and I can say with the channels that are working they are rock solid.

Purchased new code four days ago for Mag 254 (no VPN) as the old had expired. Now I am get STB blocked. Contacted Papiao and was advise the issue is fixed but if problem persist raised on forum for solution. Been doing the research and reading forum with advise that we await a fix/solution from provider. Confused as to why they are advising to check the forum then instead of saying to await a solution.

Be that as it may I have tried the following without luck and not sure I have missed a working solution

Change to dummy MAC
Delete MAC and left blank
Changed to new portal ... http:///p1....../c/
remove http

After each change an IPTV reset was done. Grateful for any advise or confirmation it is an issue being worked on.
