WE HAVE HAD SOME THAT REPORT THIS ALSO HaVE BEEN ON THE RECRUITING SIDE FOR OTHERS
sOLUTION = that squack are banned

So we can't mention channels with this problem?
I posted something last night that mentioned how I found an improvement over the weekend with a well done. Also mentioned a channel that I could not get to load. Just one channel, post removed.
Is that what we expect to happen from now on?

Burzum was one that continuously reported freezing and that the service suked. He then proceeded to send private mesages to members offering a service other then ours which is suopported here.
This is how it happens and therefore to conmbat this there will be no more posting of freezing issues.
This is how it is and those that have abused our forum are to blame.
Like I said, simple and easy

Are you talking about reporting a freezing channel, or just freezing issue bashers?? We need to be able to report freezing channels to gt them fixed!

it is difficult to draw a line with this.
We end up with situations like what happened with that Burzum guy and his threats of spammimg messages to members, after he dissed the services here.

So all the genuine users, customers get punished for someone else's (Burzum) and whoevers actions?
That's massively unfair. He will have won.
You need to find a better solution.

We need to understand not everyone who enters this forum comes with the best of the intentions. Sometimes you know who is who when someone start talking about other services that are supposedly better or how many "problems" their having with this one. I'm ok about the vote of silence while Crazed finds a way to intercommunicate effectively.

Glad to hear you guys are thinking of a solution.
Sometimes we might be frustrated but most of time people want good advice and to confirm whether the problem they are experiencing is at our end or yours.
I think when people realise that the problem is at your end for whatever reason they calm down and are happy to wait.
Please don't let a few stupid potatoes spoil all your good work. Imagine them as mini terrorists,they can never win

Good idea however I think so users are still able to report a simple web page to report channel number.. . As long as its kept up it solves a lot of issues. Then perhaps a thread once a week with KNOWN down issue channels and perhaps whats being done to resolve..As others have said its not so much there is a problem its more knowing there is one and something is being done to resolve ..I think this would shut the nay sayers up .....Best of luck Crazed

LOL, Get over yourself...You're a mod in a forum post. Truth is yes the service lags from time to time and yes some channels go out from time to time AND YES there are other services out there.
In my opinion, I wouldn't say they are better! There is No Service out there today that doesn't have channels go down or that get scrambled from time to time, not even cable or dish is immune to this problem.
To blanket ban simply for saying "My channels tend to have a lot of buffing time or buffers and skips often" is just plain childish and bossy!!!
Take this as you will... ban me or remove the post, either way its not going to solve your issues. ;-)

Yes you did mention about the members PMing you asking about other services.I think you said that your messages were filling up.
How can I know that you are not spamming messages everytime you come back on here ?
There is one way I can know but that is a lot of work for me and I am far too busy with other things on site here then to spend the day searching how many messages anyone of your names are sending.
Easiest thing for me to do is just ban you..
You may be able to see the concerns I have.

It is a disappointing situation but I must say the service in the last 5 days or so has been massively improved. Don't know what's changed but I've changed nothing.
I've had little or no ice cream problems on most channels. ID is much improved so the wife is happy so I am happy

Glad to hear that the service has improved for you, but not for hundreds of others who have not had most of the Hindi channels (including all religious and music channels) for over a month now. Are you reading (or listening to) this Mr. NFPS? Will something be done about this?

If you have this problem ..do this: turn off box...Go to rocket site and (check rockets)..Fill in your information...Then click on (change IPTV mac address)change your mac address to a fake one (i changed the last 4 digits of mac to make it fake) ..Then(submit)......after the site confirms the change then change it back to your mac address(pressing submit again).channels should be back...also I leave my box on all the time.so don't power it off when it starts working again....
