Mag 254 w1 wifi issues

Hi I have a mag 254 w1 box when whatching to on wifi my box stutters and is slow and on speed test I'm only getting 2mb download but my broadband speed test on computer and mobile is showing I'm getting 50mb please can anyone help cheers
