Error messages:- Please contact your provider

Can anyone help?? Friend trying to move a sub to a different android box and I gets "Please contact your provider to register device" errors.

Also had "Your STB is blocked. Call the provider" error mixed in there too?


OK fixed Now after 24hr wait!!!!
