Many of us have friends who use this service that aren't particularly good at tech. This is the story of one of my friends.
2 years ago he bought 8 donations and used 3. Last year he went to use 3 more of his donations, but the page shown all his remaining 5 donation had been used. After several emails and some help from a mod on the board, his donations reappeared. Again, he used 3 donations, leaving him 2 from the original 8.
This year the same problem occurred with his remaining 2 donations. Simply, the page showed all his donations were used.
Again, he has been emailing Papiao and only got a reply after I PMed one of our forum mods for help.
Remember, the forum is a totally separate entity from Papaio, so there help is limited and much appreciated.
He finally got an email that the records show he used all his donations. Not true of course, but since Papaio controls everything, there isn't much he could do.
Here are my suggestions for buying and using donations.
Buy only what you need this year.
Keep all your email and correspondences with your service and Papiao.
From time to time go into Papiao and check your info.
Do a print to pdf or image of all transactions and visits to your Papiao account.
