Buffer Setting?

Has anybody played with the new buffer settings option if so which buffer setting worked best for you? and did it reduce loading issues on channels you were having problems with ?

I played with the buffer some until I got real good playback. Mine set at 5 Sec. Works for me. Your mileage may vary.
