February 10 I order a 3 month donation they send to me route number but don't work so y try to know what is wrong they ask me for order number route number and the sy to me is not an order under that email so I send back the transaction number credit card charge and till now no answer and my credit card ready charge to me 26.00 nothing can do thanks

Last time I looked thou, your email nor the Order was on the system.
But I will look again and will also contact administration about this again (which I have done a few times already, but I will bring their attention to this again).

please ensure that the card was actually charged or is it pending.

okay, they have told me that your email is not showing thru any recent payment gateway. They checked all three.
In otherwords, the payment never made it past the first step, past the gateway.

Please ensure the card charge is not showing pending.
And also you can email the gateway and they will tell you where or why the transaction stopped.

of course not.
They know all the orders you have purchased in the past and you are a valued member.

They do not see any new transaction thru any of the 3 gateways with your email.
If it does not show there then it will not show on the system.
Contacting that gateway thru email may be the best course of action right now. Contact them and ask what happened with the order

them statements need to be an original copy, and not a typed out copy.
