Just paid for my sub with and received an order number from Rocket but not a donation number... How do I get this number?

I think what happens is the block that the donation number is showing, does not copy onto some email servers.
The donation number is included but is in it's own block or tag form.
I hear this from other people too, that they did not get the number but got everything else ....so kinda makes sense that some email servers may not transfer that particular block (I do not know what the block is actually called but is an area that is seperate from regular print)

A bit confused about the user name password/donation number...Do i use the 12 figure number as username. If so, what goes into the password space? My regular password???

I got as far as logging in tp portal in settings... I enter donation number in both spaces, it seems to be loading but then goes back to the login.... Does this all the time... Never downloads the channels..... Any ideas..thanks

nimrod, click on your own name and look at where your previous posts and threads have been moved to.
You must stick with one of your excisting threads , so those that may help you would have all the info available (stuff that you arlready told us)

Happy to say that all working fine... i reentered my mac address and it came right in. Thanks for all the help I received
