update saying mac address banned

Why am I getting this message "There's an error trying to update this Donation, MAC Address is banned 00:1A:79:**:**:**. The only thing I have done this week is change ISP's .It has never been cloned or used in another box and how do I get it unbanned

Do an iptv reset in the donation checker if you can.

Your donation is tied to Mac and Isp, so changing isp's has probably caused this issue.

If that doesn't work PM Marley or Crazed 2.0 and ask them to look into it for you.

It is the only device in my house that has that mac address and I did an iptv reset in the donation checker and that's when I got the banned message

Left click my name and send me your email thru message option.
I already have the MAC in question, because you posted it in open forum, which you should never do because someone may grab it up and try and use it for their own on multiple devices and then it may get banned :eek:
