live tv wont restart after watching something on exodus

I have a android box and fire tv, both act the same way; live tv wont restart after watching something on exodus, click on a program on the guide and nothing happens. If I back out of tv and poer off kodi and restart everything works like it should. Using kodi17 RC4 on both boxes with stalker that uses the remote url for the guide. Will the final version fix that? and if it will, if I install it over RC4 will I have to redo stalker to get live tv again

I have also had issues with the fire TV and fire stick Kodi and IPTV after using Exodus. fire TV was bad enough that I had to do a system reset and redo everything
