Hello I remember way back when there was a tutorial shown how to edit the epg url that Stalker NFPS PVR tool uses is this still possible

I'm not sure if you're talking about the old updater. All that did, technically, was edit the settings.xml file for you. You could find and edit that file yourself. If you're not sure how to find and edit it, I wouldn't head in this direction, though.
