2 donation renewals

Question- my 2 donations are coming due soon and I was wondering , if I renew, does all my information remain the same ( i.e. donation #s, portal, server, etc) so that this information does not have to be redone on my boxes? Also, do the new donations begin at old donations expiry, or do they start when new donations are approved?
