Needing Help on IPTV Simple Client

I hope I am posting this in the right area. I am trying to enable IPTV Simple Client and every time after I put in all the URL addresses and enable it this is what comes up. I am needing help on this I don't know if I have to add something or what it is this is happening on both Android Boxes that I have. I am trying to get IPTV installed on Kodi I am paying for this service and it is lea gel IPTV service. I have Android 4.4 Kodi 16.1 Please if anyone out there can tell me what I have to do to get this to work. So when you enable the TV in system, TV, general.

That is what pops up?

Try disableling the simple client and the TV setting mentioned above. Then enable the TV again and that message about the pvr should pop up again and enable the simple client and see what happens. It's probably something to do with these two settings

You need to make a donation to use the services here. You will not be able to use Simple client as a stand alone, either. Furthermore, the services do not operate via m3u.

Ok I did what you said and it still comes up I even restarted Kodi and the same message comes up and I have to select ok. I can try to post a video if you want to see it. Let me know.

You need to make a donation to use the services here. You will not be able to use Simple client as a stand alone, either. Furthermore, the services do not operate via m3u. The IPTV service that I have gave me a m3u file to put in there and also they tell on the web site how to put it into the PVR Simple client.

We don't support the services of other providers. You will need to get help from your service provider.

The IPTV service dose not have nothing to do with PVR Client.
This is enabling PVR client in Kodi.
I can put any m3u file in there I have done this and it tells me the same message.
I have even set it as default without any address in there other then the address that is default under PVR clients.

The problem is with PVR Client not enabling like it is suppose to
