Hi, guys been haveing issues the last 3/4 days most of all channels are down all HBO, ,have some news and lower channels up.i emailed papio and they did a reset and I also reset everything from my end .Did renew 2weeks ago and everything started to work ok under my 1st password my order number is (STAFF EDITED ORDER #) do not know what else to do papio was saying if I have more issues to come here maybe someone might know something.ya I have ulive premium box it has TV.online,have lots of storage left 1407 mb ,the only think I can try is factory reset hope someone has idea thanks

I have deleted the Order number you had posted in open forums, do not post that in open bud :eek:

Anyway, I did copy it before I deleted it, and then went to your account and things looked okay.
I did perform a reset while I was there.

are you sure that you have the correct info entered ?
Them music channels and a few more will work without a server connection.
Also, check at the website that you are using the correct iptvserver URL
If the one at the website does not match yours on the receiver, then use the one shown at website.

Yes all good everything was same a few days ago could it be with mac number started with 00:79: I do not know been reading were some macs need to be 00:78: I don't get it most international channels I'm getting so it can not be URL which is same as before did not touch it.im thinking of trying to put mac in my Avon box to this URL and see what happens I have different URL on Avon but could always switch back rocket that's one of things I really like I can change to put somewhere else and back again.thanks crazed2.0 will let you know what happens

with your receiver , you would use the MAC from the receiver , which has the prefix 00:1A:79


I mentioned the URL because sometimes it will change at the server end and you would not know it until you look at the website under your account and ensure it is still same.

I just did a quick check on the HBO channels and indeed they are all down, all except one of them

Try HBO 2 East @ 301

SKy channels seem to be working
Try SKY Scifi @ 368

Thanks bud will be look at it more tomorrow need go plow some snow ,I also do not have sky channels.just to put my mind at rest I'm going to put this rocket on another box ,it's just strange .Also going to type URL in again it looks good but you never know .I will reply again tomorrow just to let you thanks lot crazed2.0

Got lucky this time only 10cm i live in Toronto Canada but ya it's been coming down in whole bunch in places that it never snowed before like in hot places for the 1st time

Hi guys checked around 530pm and still have issues .I thought it could be the box I have a ulive premium .,but box is working fine I got a free trail for 24 hour's and no problem everything is up ok.I maybe crazed 2.0 or someone could look into again ,when I renewed I got a order but then everything went back to my original number 19........ And password I had before. but even so everything was working for 2weeks.going to reputation URL in other port and see what happens.only have a few channels not all thanks

could be something messed up in the order.
Or could be other reasons.

Sometimes the Order number will change
