I have had the service 6 days and haven't been able to watch TV after the first day. Very disappointed. Nothing has worked the last 2days. Here is my report for this morning.
Channels not loading at all - 79 80 81 85 86 89 90 92 96 100 103 104 105 108 109 110 111 112 113 115 117 119 120 121 126 129 130 134 135 137 138 182 184 192 197 198 199 246 301 302 303 304 305 307 314 320 321 322 323 324 327 328 340 342 343 351 352 355 356 359 362 366 367 369 370 371 372 374
Here are the channels that are buffering so much you can't watch them - 106 114 118 127 131 136 139 171 186 243 249 300 308 310 311 316 318 350 353 361 363 365 368 379 386
I have a Mag 254 and I had previous service but the customer service was aweful. I need help to get my service working. I have reset everything many times .

Im in the exact same boat, switched from another provider to this one about 2weeks ago and the freezing is just ridiculous, I have mag 254 with 150mb connection, something need to change.

I guess since I got no response that means there isn't any help. I still can't watch my TV today. This isn't right.

Try an IPTV Reset at ghe Donation Checker. See how that affects the reported issues.

I have done all of this. I see one thing different from what I have entered. What you sent shows HTTP in front of the URL and I don't have that on mine. Should I? I am not wireless. I use a HDMI cord.

mag254 would need the http prefix included in server URL
