My channels have stopped responding. It seems like I only have 2 channels that work all the rest are dead and it stays on one channel when I hit another one. Is this on my end or the server?

did you do the new firmware update ?
I have noticed this same thing myself with the mag 254 and the newest update r16
I see it coming because the channels will all be dark no matter which channel I go to, then it gets stuck on a channel and will not respond.
Needs a reboot by unplugging it, to gain back response and channels.
Has happened 3 times since the new update was installed last night.

Changed updates and still nothing. Maybe if I go back 1 update. otherwise I think it might be a brick.

try entering info into second portal, using the second server portal on the Mag.
scorpiad, did this issue start when you still had the r14 firmware onboard ?

you need to goto the inner portal on your mag and look in the updates there !
