how long take the reset to be in effect? I want to use 2 providers beside rocket , still telling me STB block by provider, rocket until now has been the only provider.

I got to go out , if somebody please tell me here how t make this work please let me know, I have a mag 254 with a rocket service for more than 3 years o well since the beginning and all what I want know is to keep rocket service but add another provider, but the mag is lock by rocket, I did a iptv reset more than 3 hours ago and still lock ,when I did the reset in rocket website it was successfully , what I'm doing wrong ? please advice. btw I disconnect the mag for about 10 minutes too, thanks

Have you ever tried the other provider as a demo? if so they most likely locked it.

`I have the other provider working in a different mag254 with no problem, to me is rocket the one that got me lock out in this, other mag like I said I have rocket since the beginning and this problem is in the mag where I have rocket , in the other mag the other provider is working with no problem, we are talking about 2 different box know, so my questions is this , how can I have 2 providers working in the same mag, and no block from my original provider which is rocket. thanks

the lock is in the rocket box where I want to add the other provider, I hope I explain myself good

Email them much info as possible to release your mac from system.

email them at 6 am eastern time , not answer and still STB BLOCK, I been with rocket since the beginning but I will like to said that I get a better response o customer service with other providers, don't get me wrong I like rocket I know is a lot of issues and people that want to be happy, but to release my STB OR MAG however you want to call it should be easy, has been more o close to 24 hours with the same issue , nobody has nothing to said?

your MAC itself is not blocked, you would not be able to link it to donation at all if it was blocked.
Chances are it is being blocked thru the ISP or DNS.....
Try a VPN service and see if it connects that way, if it does then the answer is not the MAC being blocked but one of the above would be reason.

you may be right, because I'm able to connect to rocket server and watch those channels with no problem, but when I restart portals and tried to go to a different provider is when the blue screen that said your STB is block by your provider come out, any suggestion at what to do? basically I want to use one device with 2 different providers, help please thanks

so, I will understand my mag is not block because I see one server but happen with the other one ? will these mean that I'm going to have a box for each different provider?

Problem solved,just change mac adress and use 1 mag wth 2 providers ,
