The servers are OK.... what is not working is the DNS (Domain Name Server) and as it's a paid service I suspect the payment wasn't made. The internet works on numbers... not names so when you type in a name ie xxx.yahoo.com your are first sent to the DNS server to get the number ie 123.123.123.166 and then you are connected to the number. It normally is seamless and very fast, so you don't notice it.... in this case we are not getting the number from the DNS server.

I am connected to the server right now watching tv using the IP number.

Guys do a google search on how to find IP for any given DNS
You can lookup the DNS right on your computer thru the Run Prompt
Thru your Start function on PC, at the very bottom should be aq search bar
type in 3 letters .... cmd
Then in the next prompt, type 4 letters and the a space and then the server name

Normally you can do a ping on the address and you will get the IP. in this case you will have to do a 'whois' on the address and see if you can spot it. I'm on iks66 so it is different from Rocket's.

Is there one port or another that has less freezing or are they all the same? I'm on 11 and it freezes a lot. Got a brand new router today and same old stuff.

I connet remote to my private server on me company and try ping it work, but in my house the ping it down, maybe the provider block, every vary try to restet your modem for 5 mint the service up.

I do not think changing the port will make any difference k1300s
I get very small amount of freezing here. I have changed server ports in the past to test other things, and there is no difference I could tell.

Henrysam, you will need to do an IPTV Reset if you have changed locations.
