My sister and I at separate households have this message, does this means they are offline? Anyone know if they are aware or fixing it?

Yes and unable to reset Iptv on reseller panel.

DNS is not able to resolve http://66.iptv66.tv on my end.
Not even if I try to resolve via google (8.8.8.8) servers. DNS requests to the URL (http://66.iptv66.tv) keeps timing out so yes the service is offline

Seems to be a DNS problem, I am able to connect to the server using it's IP 188.213.216.19 (IKS66)

No, it's the iks... the whois for 66.iptv66.tv gives me 31.220.2.224 and that does ping so shud be good to go.
