new avov not working

just received 2 new avov boxes and neither one will connect to server? have another avov working and also mag 254 but these will not ,need suggestions please? did factory reset

Try taking off the working avov and replace with non working, could be something on server end.

ok did that and same problem,working avov still workingin place of non working

have fac reset and set up...no help...have noticed that when in main menu and press ok goes to Vid Club, press iptv nothing same main menu appears...in sys info when auto update is on..when I go to check now, it does nothing...got me stumped..when going to mickymart to repl apps says file download failed..

when you switch the two must reboot router then box

I could not connect with wifi perhaps conflicts, cat5 OK I find using the menu button sometimes messes things up so usualy use the back button.

I did have it unplugged for a few days.

Avov has been known to have some of their units down for a while whilst most are up something to do with serial number fallen off the server, if still down tomorrow a contact with them may get it back quicker.

I have opened a ticket for support with avov,not yet heard back from them

There was just a manual update released for the avov v1 and they stated the tvonline update was coming soon. May want to wait for the update to see if it helps.

Avov website has posted a mandatory update due to having to shut down mickeyhop. Only update for the Vixo 1 is available now, they are working on the update for tvonline. Keep checking the website for the update.
