I setup everything fine, but only CHching! and London Live is playing, all other channels saying Failed to get URL. I must say for a paid service this is very poor service. I thought I'm going to have no issues at all with buffering, all channels playing without a hitch. So disappointed.
The fact that some channels does play means there is nothing wrong with my settings at all, I don't know if certain members have privileges or what's happening in the background.
Hope someone can answer my issues I am experiencing.
Those channels do not require authentication, so more than likely you have something configured incorrectly. Since you give no hint as to the add-on/app you're using, we can't be of much help. (Based on that error, there is also a chance that there is an IP or route issue.)
Shut down your device. Go to the Donation Checker. Make sure everything looks correct: status is active, MAC is correct and linked. If you find any issues, correct them in your configuration later. While at the Donation Checker, do an IPTV Reset. Wait at least 15 minutes before starting your device and fixing any configuration issues.

try using a vpn and see if that helps, it happened to a friend and the isp had blocked him

Tried a VPN (just to rule out the possibilities) and still doesnt work, and as im reading on other post this is a major problem with everyone, not me alone

I have a mag 256 and I get so much freeing it becomes unwatchable. I have another service and it works fine so I have a backup to ease the frustration
