IPTV Reset & Rocket Checker - Not Working

IPTV Reset & Rocket Checker option is not working. In the past 3 days, I have been trying to use it and kept getting the error message :

The information provided is incorrect please try again.

Tried using different browsers - Internet Explorer, FireFox and Google Chrome - without any success. Anyone having the same issue ? I emailed IPTV support and so far no response from them.

My server was block yesterday and i used my cell phone to openReset & Rocket Checker. Did IPTV reset and is working again.
