Why so much buffering? Can not watch anything I thought iptv was freeze free!!
You'll need to list some of the channels where you encounter buffering so others can test them.

All sky channels buffering Sony movie channel, encore, starz, etc, etc.
Encore East HD was down. I played the following channels for 5 minutes each. There was no buffering during the 5-minute tests on
Encore Westerns
Encore Action East HD
Starz East HD
Starrz West HD
Starz Cinema East HD
Sony Movie Channel HD
I just finished watching 30 minutes of Sky SciFi & Horror HD (Matrix Reloaded), and I did not have any instances of buffering during that period.

Ok, there's still this idea about my problem is everyone's problem and it is not. If John's box is having buffering issues too , it doesn't mean it's for the same reason. It's not like a disease or a mosquito bite...

That channel has been having issues lately.
That channel is one of the few that does actually buffer for me, and is doing it now.

In first 5 minutes, it micro frooze twice.
It almost sounded like normal Jimmy Stewart dialogue thou, is how brief they were... if you know Jimmy ... :)
After that in the next 15 minutes or so , saw no more. Not even a micro-freeze.
Okay guys, what are the conclusions ?
I will not to pretend to know, cause I do not know.
--telus high speed
--100MBs
--hardwired with cat 5e cable
--no high speed filters needed on my house phone lines because I have no house phone (if you have high speed and a house phone, them in-line filters might be needed. You will know if the phone rings and your TV freezes at same time.
--I am in a high populated geographic area.
--can have Xbox and or another iptv device connected at any given time, and does not seem to make a difference (had to test that a few times)
--maybe server is to blame because of their geographic area or something, but seems most times to work here when others report issues.
--- and forgot to mention... mag254
addede edit... after another 20 minutes or so, there was a string of short freezes that lasted about 30 seconds, then cleared up.

if that is needed, put the inline filters on the house phone line only (they are the same phone line jack type)
No filter on the line that leads to internet access

Ok thanks crazed I will look in to getting filters,I have High speed internet I live in the country.
I had about the same experience as Crazed. It buffered a bit and then smoothed out. There was an occasional blip, but it never froze.

Just a thought buffering issues can be related to the device you are using. I have no knowledge about any device other than those that run Kodi. To minimize buffering on a Kodi device you MUST have a properly configured advancedsettings.xlm file. Easy to set up install the Tvaddons repo and install Easy Advanced Settings. Configure network and PVR write file watch TV.
If more server capacity is needed to have these "News Channels" working properly, let's have it...
For the server folks out there, you should understand with all the kind of news that is going on today since the election in the United States of America.
Then one can see why more server capacity is needed on these channels.

Well I'm usually shooting my mouth off when the service is subpar but I must say that for the most part the service hasn't been unrealistically bad for freezing on my sisters end for a few days....other than some channels being down....when I don't get calls from her it must be alright because when it's not my phone rings off the hook lol
