"Your STB is blocked. Call the provider

I just got this message today when I turned on the TV:"Your STB is blocked. Call the provider"
I figured my subscription expired. Tried to check and couldnt.
So I renewed for another three months and still nothing.
I did get my credit card charged..... What can I do?
