Experiencing Many Channels Down

I just started subscription with IKS66, So Far I am experiencing down channels ,many down channels. I wanted to know if everyone was experiencing this. Is it something regarding my initial setup! Is it on the IKS66 side causing issues? I did not notice complaints of multiple channels being down on the forum. I waited 3 days to see if it might correct itself and then I contacted IKS66 Support yesterday and today, NO Response Back:( !
Below are some of the listed channels that are down. There are more. I would appreciate any info on correcting this issue.

Ok! So there is nothing wrong with my set up! Its a normal thing with multiple channels going down !
