Mac address

I purchased a subscription and I cannot set up the Mac address. It came up with a red flag that says barred. It had a subscription before that I had bought from another provider. I am completely bamboosled as what to do. As my card would have been debited. Can someone help me with what I have to do. And what makes it even more frustrating is that I am not too PC lit.

Usually a mac address is what is barred. If not using an AVOV or Mag then just change the mac address you are using. If for some reason your donation is barred, then you need to email where you purchased your donation from. If from rocket or NFPS you might also PM crazed 2.0 your information. He will be able to check on the information you gave him.
