What is IPTV Reset for ?

hi i just joined the forum, but as a new client, why the service present problem i connect to https://papiao.is/main/search_nfps and make clic on th eRESET IPTV button, for what is this button, is that from this moment, my avov box dont accept my user/password

Are you using the 12 digit number for both the Username and Password ?
Did you attach the avovs MAC address to your Order ? You do that at the iserver website, same place you saw the IPTV Reset function.

The Reset function can be used to help with a connection and is used when first attaching a MAC addy or if you have changed your IP
