I think you were referring to the credentials to access the service.
The receiver will ask for a login. The User ID and the Password. They both are the same number, which is your Route of Donation number (depending which service you have).

The Route would be 13 digits, for iptv66
The Donation would be 12 digits, for Rocket and NFPS
