Not able to Connect to the server

hello,

I donated to iks66 for a yearly subscription, order # 682******************5 (tel:6821170131223535)

I had purchased an iptv box a few months ago and and wanted to pair that with the iks66 service. I entered the server url as: 66.iks66.tv
and added the username and password that was provided in the email.

I have not been able to login at all. I tried to reset my route and confirmed the MAC as well.

Please advise.
