I know this has been posted before but I'm finding it difficult to diagnose the problem with my mag 254 box. I basically received it on Sunday and on Monday I got my portal details and subscription set up. I signed up to an iptv company called xxxxx and all through Monday and half of Tuesday it worked fine. Last yesterday evening it came up with the following message on screen "your STB is blocked call the provider". I registered my MAC address with the IPTV company via email and they sent me my portal "xxxxxxxx Do I need to do anything else ? All I know is it was working and now its not ..or perhaps xxxxx is just a dodgy company who have taken my money and not provided the service ?
