No Pay Pal? But what?

I see that it is recommended not to use Pay Pay, however it looks like the forums supported servers only accept PayEase ePay and Globebill pre paid cards.
Can someone tell me if this is the case and if so where can I get one of these prepaid cards in the US.
Any help is always appreciated!

paypal not excepted for security seasons
not sure where you can get one of those prepaid cards
you do have to make sure its a international card

as far as i know any international master card or visa cards work for sure using payeasy or epay
globebill is only visa

They are not a credit card company , no.
They are on-line payment gateways. They are based in Asia , I do believe. And is why it needs to be an international accepted card.

All orders go thru the chosen gateway, then to the service administration.
