3 month old rocket and it says that is EXPIRED!!

when i try to go in to my emulator i the screen to enter my login and password and when i entered my donation # i get ERROR. I went to the Papiao.tv page and try to check all my donation #'s and when i entered my Id # and my Donation # i get the message that says that my Informantion doesn't exist or its been expired for a long time. I order my rocket #'s 3 months ago and they should be good for a year. can you guys help me on what i need to do.

im using the stbEmu but the problem is that i cant log in to the papiao.is page. when i enter all my info it says that my iformation desnt exist or it has expired.
but my order is only 3 months old i bought it for a year.

Crazed i am having a serious problem as a Reseller some of my donations get the expired message to make t worse i cant log into my account the reset link do not wirk i have sent lots uf messages to info at papiao can u help please as i am totally frustrated
