Bought the mag 256, two of them it came in yesterday and i ordered a subscription from iptvrocket for the year for both we got the email did everything it said even tried what you said to do, but every time we try to log in and use our username and password it gives us a error message.. Can you please help us so we can use them both

Are you using the same donation number for both receivers ?
Or do you have two donation number ?
Donation number is the 12 digit number.

Can only use it for one receiver at a time. You would need a second number for a second receiver, to run both at same time.

I have two donation numbers one for each unit i bought. it gives me the same error code on both machines.Do you use the donation number given for the login and password??

On the receivers server page, the same 12 digit number is used for both the User ID and the Password .. yes
Did you also link each MAC address to each donation code ?
You would do that at the papiao website.

At that website you would use the 16 digit Order number and the 12 digit donation number to access your codes, one at a time.

yes we used the mac address from the receivers to link it to the donation code and it says active for both

I would re-check all the info entered.
And what about the server URL, are you using the http prefix with the server URL ?
Should be with the http prefix

Make sure each MAC is linked to the correct donation code.

We have tried that i have double and triple checked all the info that i have entered, but i am willing to try and enter it again.
