Checking mag box mac before ordering

I had a sub with my mag 254 box and the supplier said hes going with a new supplier. Is my mac address still locked into his panel being that hes not using them any more?

You will need photographic evidence that you have the box. Take a photo of the label on the bottom of the box where it shows the MAC and serial number. You will need to email this to the support staff at where you make your donation, I suggest IKS66 as you can donate for a month there and get all your problems sorted out.

If you old supplier moves on and if he is using one of the services here there is a fair chance he will not un-link your MAC, so you won't be able to use it.... that is when you need to send the photo along with an explanation and include all info you have, ie. user/password in use now. If the service is/was elsewhere then you will have no problem linking it with rocket/nfps/iks66 without the photo.

Ok well i was with a supplier that used cod address.he must be a reseller. So what or who do i l photo to?

first you should try a new code on the receiver, maybe the MAC will attach with no issues.
Do you have a new code ? and is it from one of our sponsered services ?

If the MAC will not attach, then you will have to take that picture.
Use a host site, like mediafire and post the snapshot there and send me the shared link.
You have to register at mediafire to use their services, but can register with a fictious name and email if perferred.

Do you know what service you are/was using. If it is not one of those I mentioned (rocket/nfps/iks66) you will not have to send the photo. Can you tell me what channel 906 is on your box ??
