Problems linking mac address

Just got my new info and I am tying to change the "00" default mac address to my valid mac address on my Mag 254

I can get to the "Change IPTV mac address" section for my new rocket # and it accepts my mac address info.

When I hit "submit" and then sign in again to check if it's been updated it still shows "00:00:00:00:00:00

Last year it did it instantly..

My old rocket # that is linked to my mac address still has a few days left don't know if that's the issue.

Can someone let me know what I've done wrong, or is the issue with the screen?.... thks

do a iptv reset should do the trick .

yes, your old rocket is still linked to that MAC. You could change the old one to blank and then you can use that MAC on the new one.
Wait till last day to do that.

his old rocket code is still attached to that MAc FCSI, so that is reason why can not update the new code with old MAC

I kind of thought that may be the issue cause it makes sense.
I just checked the expiry date and I still have 14 days
so I will so I'll wait a few days more and try your suggestion.
